2007 Homes Overseas Awards - Best Cypriot Apartment

Alpha Panareti was delighted to be given the Gold Award for the Best Cypriot Apartment at the 2007 Homes Overseas Awards on 3rd December this year.

The award was one for a two bedroom/two bathroom apartment at the St Nicolas resort development in Chlorakas village. The complex is due to be delivered to clients in early 2008 and features a Clubhouse with heated indoor pool, gymnasium, restaurant and mini-market, as well as four outdoor pools, a tennis court and children's playground. There are on-site property management and also full rental services avaialble for owners.

Alpha Panareti was delighted to be given the award for the Best Cypriot Partnership Programme 2007 by OPP magazine at a splendid ceremony on London on Monday 3rd December.

Best Development Cyprus (Nov 2006)

Alpha Panareti is delighted once again to have won an award for Best Cyprus Development in the 2006 International Homes Property Awards.

Best Cypriot Development 2004

During November 2004, Alpha Panareti was awarded the prize for Best Cypriot Property for Villa Marina, in Emba Village. This is an extensive private villa with five bedrooms, maid's quarters, a swimming pool and two garages, designed as a permanent home for a large family.

It features high quality finishes throughout, such as underfloor central heating, marble floors and staircases and extensive outside facilties such as a barbecue area.

Alpha Panareti is exceedingly proud to have won the award for Best Cypriot Development in 2003, for Panareti Coral Bay, a superb resort hotel.
