If you do not wish to purchase a property outright, an Alpha Panareti housing loan is available in all major currencies and can be arranged at an interest rate of less than 3%. 

In the case of EU residents, the maximum amount available is up to CYP £250,000, provided the buyer’s contribution is at least 20% of the property value.  The loan may have a maximum duration of 15 years.  For non-EU residents, the maximum loan amount is £200,000 and the duration of the loan may be up to 10 years.  In this case, the minimum contribution required from the buyer is 40% of the property value.

Mortgages may be paid up in full at any time without penalty.
