Alpha Panareti Public Limited is dedicated to ensuring that your investment is protected in the years to come, by providing a management service to look after the day-to-day running of apartment and maisonette projects. They will be responsible for items such as the cleaning and maintenance of the swimming pool, cleaning the communal areas,looking after the gardens etc.

On completion of a particular development, a Management Committee (“MC”) will be formed, with each homeowner being a member of the MC. The MC will comprise of a Steering Committee appointed by the homeowners and will oversee the business of the MC. The day to day running of the business will be undertaken by Alpha Panareti under the direction of the Steering Committee.

From the outset, a monthly maintenance fee is payable by each homeowner and adjusted as it becomes necessary by the Steering Committee. To provide absolute transparency, annual accounts will be prepared and submitted to all homeowners for their records and perusal.

This system of controlled management and maintenance provides and ensures that the development is properly run and property prices protected in the future.
