It is the job of the Aftersales office, to look after our clients and to do anything possible to make them happy and feel at ease during the selection process for the finishes in their property, and far beyond this.
Aside from the service we offer with regard to choosing their finishes, we offer, a variety of optional extras giving the chance to “put their mark” on their property, making it as ‘individual’ as possible.

Our selection of finishes includes:

• Tiles - our range of tiles are imported from Portugal, Spain and Italy, are high quality, durable and Hard wearing. Ceramics – for general areas throughout the property, marble - used for the staircases where given, and granite – used for kitchen work surfaces. All of which are easy to match with our selection of wood finishes.
• Wood finishes – a range of wood finishes, carried through from the kitchen cupboards, internal doors, wardrobe doors, and the furniture.
• Our electrical pack – our kitchens are built to use space to the full, and, with this in mind our electrical pack covers the most essential items – all recognised brands, and all carry appropriate guarantees.
• Our furniture pack – gives our clients the option to purchase a full pack, which again offers everything that may be needed – a ‘one stop shop’, offering the opportunity to ‘individualise’ property by including accessories such as oil paintings and vases with flowers etc.
• We also offer, as an optional extra, roof terrace furniture. The furniture we offer is manufactured in Europe by skilled craftsmen, and offers a variety of upholstery to compliment the tiles and wood finishes.
• Our excellent quality linen pack, which forms part of our furniture pack, is crisp white linen with an additional set of ‘designer’ bed linen for each bed. We also provide thermal lined curtains throughout the property.

As the market trends toward colour and finishes change, so do our furniture and tile packs – our colours and finishes change with each evolving project, never becoming old fashioned or dated.

After the clients have chosen everything for their property, they can then rest assured that everything will now be taken care of by us. Laying the tiles, placing the furniture, everything – right down to hanging the curtains will be taken care of by our team.

If our clients are unable to come in person to choose their finishes, we offer various other ways for clients to make their selection, and still have input in their choices throughout their property even though they are not here in Cyprus.

As part of our service to clients, both the electricity supply and water connections will be made available, and ready – another service taken care of on behalf of our clients.

• Alpha Panareti will contact clients with a view to arranging a trip to take formal delivery of the property. Clients will be accommodated, free of charge, in one of our hotels for the first night after their arrival, prior to their taking delivery - usually the next day.
• Our clients will be escorted to the project, and to their property. Should clients have taken up the option to purchase both the electrical pack and furniture pack, they will find that, on arrival at their property, all items will have been unpacked and stored away for them. The furniture will be arranged ready for use, the beds will be made, and the table laid ready for them – and a bottle of wine will be ready on ice, for them to toast the happy occasion of taking delivery of their property.

After the delivery – this is not were our service ends. We handle any snagging problems that may occur during the first year after delivery, but that doesn’t mean that clients cannot come to us for help and assistance long after this time. We are there for our clients at all times.

Additional Aftersales Services provided include:

• For clients with their own pools: we can provide details of pool cleaning/maintenance company (something that is provided with apartments/maisonettes on developments)
• Gardens: landscaping/maintenance company details

Our Company oversees the general maintenance of the development, ensuring:

• Upkeep of the gardens and communal areas
• Maintenance of the lifts, making sure they are kept in safe and good working order
• Maintenance of the pools, ensuring they are safe and clean to use at all times.
• Maintenance of all equipment and related areas of the development, i.e. changing rooms and sun terrace equipment.
• Upkeep of all additional facilities, i.e. gym, Jacuzzi, tennis courts etc.

For those clients considering renting out their property, either short or long term, we can also put them in touch with our associated Rental Company, who will take care of everything from advertising the property, to renting it out, to cleaning, and putting in a ‘Welcome Pack’ ready for arrivals.
