Our most recently finished project, Thalassa View in Chloraka, offers clients, along with peace and quiet, in semi-rural surroundings and sea views from most apartments, modern facilities, including a pool bar for the use of all residents and their guests, and an amphitheatre for hosting events if necessary.

Thalassa View is an exclusive project of just 80 properties, which vary from one, two and three bedroom apartments and two and three bedroom maisonettes. There are three swimming pools – including one for the children, and Administration Office with staff available to give assistance to clients and their guests.

The majority of Thalassa View clients have used the facility offered by the Alpha Panareti Aftersales department, where they have furnished and equipped their property, making thing hassle-free when they arrive at the property to spend their holidays there.
