What does the Aftersales department do?
During the course of the purchase, when the building work is well under way, clients will be contacted by the Aftersales Department with regard to the finishes for their property.
We will guide them through, not only the choices for their tiles, but as well as the choice for their furniture and upholstery items. Clients are more than welcome to come to the Aftersales department to see the finishes that have been selected for the particular development, where their purchase has been made, as this will also help them appreciate the well thought out process involved of matching the right finishes with the right color schemes.
If a ‘Site Visit’ has been booked with our Customer Care department, it is well reccomended to combine the visit with our Aftersales Office so as to see the finishes and enable you to make your selections in person. However, if this is not possible, we can send the details to clients by e-mail. A detailed description of the finishes is also sent so as to guide clients through the process of making their selection.
When your property is complete.........
You will again be contacted by the Aftersales Department, who will ask homeowners to come to take delivery of their finished property so that they may start to enjoy many happy holidays there.
Clients will be accommodated at one of our hotels for the evening of their arrival and arrangements will be made for delivery to take place the following morning.
Clients will be collected from the hotel and taken to the development on which they have purchased their property. They will be escorted to the property and shown around, given operational instructions for items such as the air conditioning units, cooker, washing machine etc, information about the facilities available will also be supplied.
After delivery - the service doesn’t end there!...............
Any snagging items that may occur during the first year after delivery will be rectified. Even after this time homeowners may still come to us for assistance and advice. We are here for our clients at all times.
