To ensure your property is maintained to the highest possible standards, the Alpha Panareti services offer a variety of contracts from Air Conditioning maintenance, to Jacuzzi and pool maintenance. A gardening service and full cleaning service, all tailored to your particular property........
Pool Maintenance – offers peace of mind, knowing that the pool is checked twice per week (in summer, once in winter), the pH balance is checked/corrected and the filters and pumps are working properly. The pool will be crystal clear and ready to use at all times.
Air Conditioning Maintenance - the scheme provides preventive maintenance and servicing of each unit, twice per year (Summer & Winter), and covers the following:
- Filter cleaning
- Cleaning of coils with antibacterial liquid
- Checking refrigerant pressure
- Checking all electrical/electronic parts
- Checking proper operation of unit and remote controls
Jacuzzi Maintenance - offers peace of mind, in that their Jacuzzi will be checked twice per week (in Summer) to ensure that the pumps and filters are working correctly, and that the water is kept hygienically clean at all times.
Pool Maintenance – offers peace of mind, knowing that the pool is checked twice per week (in summer, once in winter), the pH balance is checked/corrected and the filters and pumps are working properly. The pool will be crystal clear and ready to use at all times.
Garden Maintenance (were applicable) – the private garden areas will be kept ‘weed free’ and tidy, all pruning carried out, plants replaced when necessary. Irrigation will also be carried out.
Property Cleaning – a thorough cleaning service provided, to ensure that the owners and their guests arrive at a clean property. All surfaces throughout will be cleaned, including all windows and patio doors.
Laundry service – all bed linen and towels will be wash and replaced between guests’ visits.
Vacant Property Checks – this service will ensure that a property is regularly ventilated, curtains opened/closed at various intervals, toilets flushed, taps run, ensuring a flow of clean water through the pipes of each property, therefore no ‘stagnant’ water smells!
Roof & Drain Maintenance – a priority throughout the year, but most important during the winter months. Drains and roof terrace areas will be checked/cleared of all debris such as leaves, and associated debris; ensuring water does not lay on the roof and cause damage to the property.
Equipment Hire – any type of equipment may be hired, baby cots, high chairs, wheelchairs etc., to ensure that every single person is comfortable and mobile.
Car Hire - cars can be hired on your behalf and available for owners and their guests from the airport. Just let us know what type/size car you require, and it will be waiting at the airport to be picked up.
Contents Insurance Cover – it is the responsibility of each owner to provide their own Contents Insurance Cover, and to assist owners, we have negotiated a very good deal with a reputable company which includes 3rd Party liability cover.
