Description
Chloraka Terrace Phase 2 is in a particularly desirable, quiet location, on the edge of the village of Chlorakas, only 10 minutes out of Paphos. The views to the sea from the site are excellent, with the buildings at the top of a hillside overlooking the protected market gardening area on the plain below.
The area is mainly residential, with a large supermarket within walking distance and the amenities in Chlorakas only a couple of minutes away by car. These include shops, banks, restaurants, doctors and dentists, pharmacies and gymnasia.

Chloraka Terrace is an ideal location for both permanent residence and for rental purposes, being conveniently located near to amenities but away from the noise and dust of the tourist areas.
