Kyrenia House is on Phase 1 of Terra Divina, at the lower level of the project, overlooking the apricot orchard. This multi-level building is 'stepped' back into the natural terracing of the landscape, both providing a wide variety of shapes and sizes of properties and giving an opportunity for an attractive style of architecture that is echoed throughout the site.

This is very much the quietest area of the project, with no buildings in front to obscure the view or create disturbance.

All of the properties in Kyrenia House have excellent sea and country views.

The design of the building also ensures that some apartments have large open verandas, some with built-in jacuzzis and top floor apartments have private roof terraces.
